Our products are made especially for you and according to your personal requirements. Because these are personalized and custom-made products, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

No right of withdrawal for personalized products

Products made to your specifications or clearly intended specifically for you are not subject to a statutory right of withdrawal. Once your order has been placed and we have started production, the order can no longer be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

This applies, for example, to products made using a photo, design, name, image, or other personal characteristics supplied by you.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered

Did your order arrive damaged, does the product have a manufacturing defect, or did you receive a different product from the one you ordered? Please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and, where applicable, the packaging. We will assess the issue and, if your complaint is justified, provide an appropriate solution, such as repair or replacement.

Check your order carefully

Because personalized products are made especially for you, please check all submitted information, photos, and choices carefully before placing your order.

By placing an order for a personalized product, you agree that the product is made especially for you and therefore cannot be returned because you changed your mind or because the final result does not fully match your personal expectations.
